SGU graduates have predominantly matched into Internal Medicine and Family Medicine positions. Although the absolute number of positions have increased, due to increased graduates overall, the % of each specialty per class has remained relatively similar. It is interesting to note that family medicine positions have become increasingly more common in recent years.  Some of the more competitive specialties have also seen small upswings in recent years.
